Examination/Consultation
Consultation and Examination with Dr. Steve King, Dr. Mark King,
Dr. Donna Moloney, Dr. Eric Eiselt or Dr. Jason Placeway: $400.00
(allow for 60 – 90 minutes).
If x-rays are required, the costs are additional and vary from $70 to $300.
If you decide that you want to be examined by either Dr. Steve King, Dr. Mark King, Dr. Donna Moloney, Dr. Eric Eiselt or Dr. Jason Placeway, the consultation will be done immediately prior to the exam if possible. You must complete the patient questionnaire prior to the consultation/examination and you will be contacted to schedule. Listed below are the goals of the examination.
- Determine your specific diagnosis.
- Determine your areas of spinal & extremity joint stiffness/restriction.
- Determine your areas of muscle weakness & tightness.
- Determine your ability to exercise.
- Establish an appropriate treatment plan (Treatment generally includes chiropractic adjustments and physical rehabilitation 3 times a week for 4 weeks).
Typical Office visit that includes chiropractic adjustments only: $50.00
Typical Office visit that includes chiropractic adjustments and physical rehabilitation exercises and stretches: $70 -$100.
