Listed below are the costs associated with the recommendations outlined in, “Conquer Pain Now”.  The guide can be downloaded free by going to the home page of this website.  We highly recommend that you obtain the guide.

Phone Consultation with either Dr. Steve King, Dr. Mark King,
Dr. Donna Moloney, Dr. Eric Eiselt or Dr. Jason Placeway:  $225.00

You must complete the patient questionnaire prior to the phone consultation.  The patient questionnaire link is on the left hand side of the website home page under the “What are the Costs”.  After you have submitted your confidential patient questionnaire, you will be contacted to schedule the phone consultation.  Either Dr. Steve King, Dr. Mark King, Dr. Donna Moloney, Dr. Eric Eiselt or Dr. Jason Placeway will discuss your condition and determine the appropriate course of action.  It is very important that you read the guide prior to your scheduled appointment.

Consultation and Examination with Dr. Steve King, Dr. Mark King,
Dr. Donna Moloney, Dr. Eric Eiselt or Dr. Jason Placeway:  $400.00
(allow for 60 – 90 minutes).
If x-rays are required, the costs are additional and vary from $70 to $300.

If you decide that you want to be examined by either Dr. Steve King, Dr. Mark King, Dr. Donna Moloney, Dr. Eric Eiselt or Dr. Jason Placeway, the consultation will be done immediately prior to the exam if possible.  You must complete the patient questionnaire prior to the consultation/examination and you will be contacted to schedule.  Listed below are the goals of the examination.

1. Determine your specific diagnosis.
2. Determine your areas of spinal & extremity joint stiffness/restriction.
3. Determine your areas of muscle weakness & tightness.
4. Determine your ability to exercise.
5. Establish an appropriate treatment plan (Treatment generally includes chiropractic adjustments and physical rehabilitation 3 times a week for 4 weeks).
