The 5 Step Program (Get Started Now)

Listed below are the ACTION STEPS you need to take NOW to conquer pain and live healthy:

  1. Begin a simple diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, raw nuts, lean meats, chicken and fish. Eliminate fried food, processed/packaged food, junk food and refined, white sugar and flour.  Minimize grain products including breads, cereals and pastas.  Minimize alcohol intake.  Drink lots of water.  Use extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil. Use butter instead of margarine.  A salad with romaine lettuce, vegetables and chicken or steak or fish using extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar as the dressing is an ideal meal.

  2. Purchase the following supplements as recommended in the supplement protocol section of this guide.   

    1. Multiple vitamin/mineral formula
    2. EPA/DHA
    3. Vitamin D3
    4. Magnesium

  3. Begin an exercise routine. Start the exercise at the appropriate time so that you do not re-injure yourself.  Ultimately, exercise should be performed 6 days per week and include aerobic and strengthening activities, 30 minutes minimum. For those already on an exercise program, consider purchasing magnificent mobility.

  4. Develop methods to manage stress.

    • Take time to pray and meditate daily.
    • Consider massage or yoga.
    • Maintain a positive attitude.
